I have a metal ball in my stomach!!

So I'm sitting here watching Iron Chef, and all of a sudden, something's different... so I go to say "uh oh" and my tongue ring is in my mouth... not in my tongue. So I spit it out, and started to wonder how that happened when I realized that I had a bar attached to a ball, and thats's it... so... where's my other ball?? Did I drop it in the couch

Yeah, I considered it, but the thought of pawing through a puddle of my own puke was not very pleasant. There are more metal balls in the world.... Unfourtunately, I left my bellybutton ring out for too long and now I either have to break the new skin, or let it close up... boo
