I currently knit and spin, and occasionally dip into fiber dying, sewing, jewelry-making, quilting, and paper crafts. I've cross-stitched and also dabbled in many other needlework crafts, usually following my mother's lead. But she did the scherenschnitte by herself (intricate German paper cutting http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scherenschnitte). It looked crazy to me. I've also gardened, ice skated, roller-bladed, and was a roller skater as a kid. For a while as a youth then in college I was a runner, long-distance. Oh, and there's this RenFaire thing--I've done some serious costuming for that
