I'm not sure of how to fix it, but I've seen it before and it fixes itself when the baby becomes a toddler, if you can wait that long. It is really freaky, though O.O

Oh man. That would freak me out a bit. I don't know how to fix it, but it seems to me like it would be a skin issue [I'm just guessing though!]. Good luck with that. Creepy!
