well I think I am on track know. I've been to the gym three times last week and twice this week. I think I will make it 4 days this week. I started out walking 3/4 of a mile and I am up to 1 1/2 miles now. My pecs are sore today from yesterdays upper body work out and I'm sure my legs will be sore from todays work out.
