Long story short...two seizures, withdrawal from the Wellbutrin that caused the seizures, was put on mood stabalizers, Lexapro is making me feel whacked up..................long standing ear infection............period for a month.....I'm feeling CRAZY.

The garlic thing is based on the fact that garlic is widely said to have antibiotic properties. Not sure that I know of any medical research that backs it up, offhand. I would not recommend going that route unless it's under the supervision of someone who knows what they are doing in regards to natural healing stuff.
Go back to the doctor, if at all possible. Tell him or her the infection has relocated to your left ear; it may be the same infection and you might just need a heftier dose of antibiotics than what you were given the first time.
Also, my utmost sympathies on the month-long period. Mine's at two and a half months (this is normal for me) and I think the next time I see my doctor I am just going to growl "HYSTERECTOMY" at him until he complies.

GIRL! I'm am so sorry to hear all this craziness! What is the deal with all of this medicine! I tried lexapro and didn't like it either. Maybe you should go to dr. Arfa, and have him help you get on the right track with meds and such.
Month long period!?! what!? girl you need to go to a gyno.... I wonder if your meds are affecting it.
I wouldn't bother with the garlic...it could work but be a big PAIN in the ASS! you would do better with a different antibiotic....
