12 OF 12 - MARCH 2007

Mar 12, 2007 15:57

8:00 a.m.
This morning's mail included this poster for "Follies." We weren't able to go to New York to see this last month, so a friend was wonderful and picked up the poster for us. We'll be picking up a frame for this today.

8:15 a.m.
Our neighborhood was built 13 years ago but this lot remained vacant until just recently - the last holdout.

8:30 a.m.
We stopped for breakfast on the way into the office. There are blossoms everywhere you look now. These big white ones are my favorites, although I'm not sure what they are. Dogwoods?

8:50 a.m.
We missed getting a picture of this cycling team (about 80 cyclists), but here's their van with a couple of bikes on top (not quite as fun!)

8:55 a.m.
No one paid attention to the stop sign that used to be here. I guess the city finally gave up and figured people might at least slow down. Yeah, right. It's still a free-for-all.

9:30 a.m.
Our file archive project is finally done! 5 years of boxing done all in one month.

10:00 a.m.
Must have coffee this morning.

1:00 p.m.
Out for lunch. Is it just me, or does anyone else find Ronald McDonald more than a little disturbing?

1:30 p.m.
In the alley beind Chukchansi Park (Fresno's downtown stadium). I guess they couldn't make up their minds here.

1:45 p.m.
In a neighborhood on Dave's route. A tree fell on this car. Scary.

2:00 p.m.
Saydie posing with Grandpa Dave.

3:00 p.m.
New claims are coming in faster today than we can set up the files. Randomly, it amazes me how often people drive into buildings.

BONUS - "GREEN"
We have nowhere to store our Christmas tree, so we turned it into a seasonal tree. This month it's Irish.
