You get 15% of what? That doesn't make a lot of sense, especially if you are just being an office worker for them. Is your friend a realtor or broker? (If he isn't Alan Tate, he/she is prolly just a realtor for the company)

why would they give a person a 15 % Commision to a employee that is not a permenant Employee?
