Since my last post I have been on four flights (San Francisco-Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh-Boston, Boston-Philadelphia, Philadelphia-San Francisco); traveled forward and backward into time; completed one book (Eagleton's Literary Theory) and started another (Jameson's Prison-House of Language); been to Fenway Park and Fall River (home of Lizzie Borden);

I grew up in a small town near the Delaware River called Pennsgrove and lived in Ocean City for several years before moving here. How about you?

Penns Grove, eh? I'm from Runnemede originally. Not too far from Penns Grove though we moved out of the state when I was not quite six.

it's a small world as they say. i grew up just outside lovely north philly. but my family had a shell shop in ocean city NJ for years. and i still have cousins who live there. i think my uncle is in local politics there actually. ah, the boardwalk.
