When I was 19 I worked 50 hours a week at a manual labor job, took an 18 hour course load at the university, and had vigorous sex with my girlfriend to the point where it was hard to keep prophylactics stocked. Now if I am productive it is never for more than 45 minutes at a time. How did I become so horribly out of shape. It cannot simply be

Werd to that man... I remember 40 hrs a wk, full load at grad school, a decent social live, and extra curricular activities abound! Not sure what happened...
