Ok so I'm a little wacked. I have written a yearly letter to Viggo for the past few years ;-) I send it knowing full well he won't see it. It just makes me feel better. Who knows one day he may?? LOL

As always, your letter echoes the sentiments of many of us who watch/admire Viggo. You're not wack; you're like the rest of us who really care about this man.

Some of us care enough, that if this career of his starts destroying him, we want him to *leave it* and disappear. Pursue what *he* wants, in privacy.

You, girl, have been a bright spark to have gotten to know in this last year. I'm stunned that it's been a year already!!!???

Yeah it's been almost exactly a year! I am still indebted to you for taking a newbie and making me feel a part of this community! You will always hold the distinction in my heart as the first person in the LJ world to "friend" me ;-) You mean the world to me, I mean it!

That first letter of yours just tugged my heartstrings in a similar fashion. We have a lot in common. I think people, as a race, have a lot more in common than we have differences.

Yeah and maybe one year he'll actually get to read it. Maybe someday again he will do fan mail? LOL Oh well I'll keep trying! hugs

that beautiful. i've thought of writing to viggo, too, but have never sat down and done it. he has such a presence, a calming one in some way.
would it be bad to think of him as a higher power, i wonder? *SMIRK!* now that probably was whack!
whatever he's doing, i hope he's getting as much out of life as we get from him being on this planet. it would be only fair.

What a sweet sentiment. It covers the bases for all of us, I think. I do so wish he would receive mail again. You should print your letters and take them with you if you ever get to see him, that way you could hand them to him personally! One can dream, dearest Cat!

Hey Girl! Yeah a long time. I hope you are doing well?! Did you get the DVD I sent? Of course with Xmas it may be held up a little. At this point in my life I don't feel like I'll EVER get to meet The Man! But who knows. I hope you and yours have the best holiday ever! xoxoxo hugs

No, no DVD yet.. but I'll keep an eye out. I have been so friggin' busy, I haven't logged on in weeks. What do you mean at this point in your life??? Are we not going in Jan? I'm still planning on it, and just need to know when to book the tickets. Maybe we'll be NY bound?? I KNOW we'll meet him... I have that feeling. I'm supposed to meet him. Can't tell you why or when, but I'm sure of it. Meeting you will mean a lot to me too, and I'm really looking forward to that. For now, I'm reading your journal and laughing at the family affair! Gonna see mine tomorrow. The reading group is blowing me away. I've only lurked, but I'm enjoying (really enjoying) the reading. Thanks for that as well. Oh, the girls at work gave me a VIGGO mousepad for Christmas. It has 10 or so really great pics of him, including the one of him lying in the river with his knee up. God I love that one! My peeps are taking care of me! What more can anyone ask? Happy Holidays and know I'm thinking of you!
