oh wow, i am so excited.
i'm going to go to culinary school. it's decided. because really, before i start my bakery, that's a little bit necessary. i want it to be FABULOUS.

30-week baking/pastry course. yes precious, I'm serious. but it's a long-term plan. The actual opening won't be for 3-4 years at least. at the very least. and much of what's in my head right now IS a castle in the sky, but who says that can't become a reality?
