oh wow, i am so excited.

i'm going to go to culinary school. it's decided. because really, before i start my bakery, that's a little bit necessary. i want it to be FABULOUS.

30-week baking/pastry course. yes precious, I'm serious. but it's a long-term plan. The actual opening won't be for 3-4 years at least. at the very least. and much of what's in my head right now IS a castle in the sky, but who says that can't become a reality?

I think you should start researching recipes. And visiting potential competitors. Especially ones with really good chocolate cake.

oh my gosh, how CRAZY and WONDERFUL your plans are! i'm so happy that you guys are taking steps toward making your dreams come true! and while i'm sure you meant to write, "let them eat cake" your small mistake is forgiven in light of your excitment. ;) just make sure to have joyce in charge of a fantabulous website complete with gorgeous animations and layout, and us as taste testers and your bakery will be unbeatable. :)
