before you've had too much

So Dad's going to be on radiation for six weeks before he has surgery. In case you're keeping track, that means he'll be undergoing some surgery in early December. That happens to be right before the week I graduate with my engineering degree. We'll see how everything goes between now and then.

Dr. Grimwood thought it'd be cool if I did English Honors instead of what I planned on taking. This would entail an honors seminar and two graduate classes (or a grad class and an independent study). In order to fulfill what I need in World Lit, that'd likely be Middle English Lit and 17th Century Nondramatic Lit (the latter of which is inconveniently closed... I wonder if that matters) as the two grad classes. Otherwise I could take the independent study, honors seminar and one grad class but still need a third class to satisfy what's left in my World Lit requirements. And there's some random sociology GER requirement I need to take.

So, if I do the first thing: (12 hours, and probably less taxing)
Two grad classes
One honors seminar
One sociology

If the second: (15 hours)
One grad class
One honors seminar
One independent study w/ honors (which could be fun if I get to have my own topic)
One basic English to satisfy the other requirement for World Lit
One sociology

Or I could just keep everything where it is now... which is very lax indeed, despite it only being 15 hours. I'll probably end up doing honors anyhow.

I'm very tired after working all weekend. I've got a lot of stuff to work on, but right now I'm gonna take a nap.

Songs I've been listening to lately:
Peter Bjorn & John - (I Just Wanna) See Through
The Kinks - Powerman
Radiohead - All I Need (the entirety of the new album is great, too)
