So what if I know many people? All these people are just empty faces in the crowd.

I've been let down time and time again that it's tiring to keep crying. And even worse when nobody's there to comfort you, to lend you a shoulder to cry on.

::Hugs:: I have felt this way.

I know I am just an internet friend but I hope...I hope in time you can feel close to some friends. Maybe your old ones, maybe some new ones but either way...hang on. You'll make it through. You are strong.

hey maria! you may just be an internet friend but I really treasure your friendship, and all your snippets of advices when I'm feeling down. thanks so much for that :) things are still rough, but I'm trying to care less now. maybe not caring so much would help?

There's somewhere for everyone, it just takes time.
So take your time to find those who are worth it kays.
There is no hurry, you still have more than 3 good years (:

Cheer up!

Yup, when it comes to uni, most people have friends from elsewhere they can count on, places like their secondary schools and JCs and NS.

It's easier to be aware of this when you first enter, than have high expectations on their friendships when there shouldn't have been in the first place.

I guess I was naive enough to think forming friendships could be made while in uni. I'm still learning. maybe I should care less

They can be formed, but lasting and strong friendships are uncommon in uni, go in with that expectation and it probably won't fail you.
