its been a while buddy... well lets see i go to lifetime pretty much almost everyday after 6 and on wed and thursdays i have church so like i havnt been home to update hah sorry
Take one centrum immediatly after awakening
Breakfast - 3 Egg Whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 pieces of wheat toast with preserves
(usually i dont eat oatmeal and when i do i wont eat the toast or eggs but u can eat all three)
Lunch - Choose from the following:
Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, Fish. Remove skin from chicken and turkey. NO BUTTER. 1 potato - NO DRESSING anddd 1 choice of fruit
(i usually dont eat the potato)
Dinner - Same as lunch, Substitute 6 oz mixed veggies for fruit
Snacks - Any Fruit or veggie, if hunger is excessive between meals, increase portion of previous meal the following day.
Beverages - Skim milk, Any Juice and at least 8 glasses of water daily
(i dont drink juice cuz of how much sugars it has so i just drink the aquafina flavor splashes cuz its just flavored water and it has 0g of sugar)

well i met my cousins feonce romel hes pretty kewl im happy for her... the engagement is in may ahhh so little time so much to do.... i think im gonna have mels dad and jenells mom teach me how to do the khigas (tradition arabic line dances) cuz my cousin told me i NEED to learn them in order to walk in her wedding
