Thank you for this story. I had breast cancer when I was 29. I had the port implant, lost my hair, lost my breast. I had chemo and radiation treatment. Unfortunately, my other side effect was that I gained weight, unlike the others in my chemo group who all lost quiet a bit of weight. Even though I could not keep food down and had to take nausea drugs, I blew up. What Blaine is doing is normal. I am looking forward to the next chapter to see if Blaine's solution to his hair loss is what I did. I took the late great Gilda Radner's advice.

Thanks so much for the review! I have several dear friends who have gone through cancer, one is currently getting treatment for the third time. I personally haven't had it but I had a really bad scare last year. I'm glad you're enjoying the story and I'm really happy to hear that I'm portraying it in a good way. I really hope you're doing better! :)
