Christmas Cake~

So, just as I said in my bio, I love BAKING.
This is the cake I made last Christmas for a dinner with friends and I think this is a masterpiece!
It was a vanille cake filled with Mascarpone custard, coffee and decorated with coffee flavored butter cream, meringue, chocolate and sugar!

Aww thank you~
To be honest, it wasn't too difficult. The house is made of layers of sponge cake cut and shaped like a house and then covered with mascarpone custard. And the little tree in the corner is made the same way.. :)
