[Age] Not known, safe to assume a few hundred years at least.

[Sexual Orientation] God...from the way he acts, I should say homo. More than likely hetero though.
[Eye Color] Red.
[Hair Color] Purple.
[Height] Tall. Let's go with roughly 185cm.
[Other] He has a pair of wings sprouting from his lower back...these are pretty much only decorative though.

[Background] The mighty ruler of the Netherworld, the Demon King Krichevskoy,suffered an unfortunate and early demise after choking on a black pretzel. Upon his demise, many demon lords began to struggle for the right to rule the Netherworld in his place. When Krichevskoy's heir, Prince Laharl, awoke from a rather long sleep, he would be forced to fight his way through these demons to claim the throne for himself. Vyers, the Dark Adonis, was the first of these mighty opponents to face the Prince.
He was soundly thrashed. Upon his defeat, Vyers (now known as Mid-boss, thanks to Laharl's low opinion of his worth as an opponent) declared himself Laharl's rival, and proceeded to challenge him repeatedly. He lost each time, giving various reasons for these humiliating losses ("Sudden stomach cramps!"). However, towards the end of the game, he became more serious, giving Laharl small pieces of helpful advice, and his last battle was aimed at testing the resolve of Laharl and his party. In the end, his motives were left unknown.
Note (SPOILERS): It is heavily implied throughout the game that King Krichevskoy is far from dead, but is in fact Vyers himself. This would go some way towards explaining his constant testing of his son, and his helpful attitude in the game's later stages. While this has been confirmed to be true in an artbook, it has never been officially stated in game.
[Personality] Narcissistic, self-absorbed and arrogant. Vyers is among the top ranked demons in the Netherworld, and before Laharl came along was considered the top contender for the throne. This has definitely enhanced what was already a full blown superiority complex. His self-given title is "the Dark Adonis," and he firmly believes that he is number one in both looks and ability in all the Netherworld. Even when this is disproven, namely by the many times he is beaten by Laharl, Vyers will give some excuse to preserve his reputation. This usually has the effect of making him look quite pathetic.
This being said, there is more to Vyers than meets the eye. Despite being a demon, he can handle the necklace of an angel (an item that burns those who touch it with an evil heart) without damage. This implies he is fundamentally good, despite the impression he tries to give. He is also capable of being surprisingly serious and deep when the situation calls for it. The overall impression one gets from Vyers is that he is very good at playing a part, and it is very hard to tell when he's acting and when he's not.
[Specialties/Abilities] Being a demon lord, Vyers is a competant fighter and fairly resiliant to damage. Most of his special attacks involve moving fast enough that he appears to hit the opponent with several afterimages of himself. These are all similarly named - Adonic Blast, Adonic Fury etc. He also has a remarkable skill for making excuses whenever he loses a fight.
[Affection] Outrageous flirting is absolutely fine with Vyers, since he'll probably reply in kind. As for anything else...well, he probably wouldn't say no to a hug from a pretty girl, but for anything more, you might have to get to know him a little better first.
[Fighting] Vyers is a pretty decent fighter, so don't expect him to be a walkover. If you've got a decent level of fighting ability or raw power, you can probably beat him - don't expect to be able to finish him off easily though. He's very good at staying alive long past the time most people would have keeled over.
