My thoughts are with the people of Japan. A 8.9 earthquake and then a tsunami that pretty much wiped everything in its path. Of course I can relate and I'm praying for all the people who lost loved ones or that are scared right now, just how we were a little more than a year ago

Talcahuano, tho, is a seaside town, in fact one of the most important ports in Chile and it was practically wiped out by last year's tsunami. It's only 45 minutes from here. Many good friends and acquaintances live there, and they're very afraid.

And things in Japan just keep getting worse -- the news right now is showing a massive whirlpool off the coast of Japan. I'm kinda speechless right now.

It still creeps me out to watch the state of Chernobyl and the nearby city TODAY. It's horrible to think that might happen to Japan.
