so, i went on a call yesterday in regards to a barking complaint. i talked to the comp, who claims the dog only barks in the morning. but it barks constantly in the morning and she's the only one in the neighborhood that stays home all the time to take care of her mother so she hears it and claims that the dog barks for no reason. *takes breathe ( Read more... )
