i woke up disoriented 3 times...it freaked me out a lot. one of them i couldnt regain my bearings and recognize my room for several long minutes

my phone is fried, i dont know where i'm going for work and i cant call to ask since i have no numbers.

and i just wanna crawl in a hole and sleep.
