I'm glad you're much happier since leaving the zoo. I worked in a zoo back when I was still in high school (different job), and the drama, favoritism, and all-around general garbage that were part of the job still make me sick. I don't regret everything about working there, as I met some awesome people, but I hated the job in general.

I'll be hoping for the best with your internships. You deserve success and happiness as much as anyone else, and I hope they pan out for you.
