Wait... all this time, and the thing has not actually left the ground yet?

No, we're some two and a half years behind schedule. She was supposed to fly at the end of June, but there were some structural issues which needed to be fixed so I spent a few months in Japan and Italy (why I had to bail on SDCC at the last moment).
