Lately I've been wondering if Im making the right decision by being here...or better yet, if im in the right major. When someone tells you "stop this english bullshit, i see right through you-you know deep down you want to do music" its hard to shrug it off and continue focusing...when you know they are right... they are COMPLETLY RIGHT. Ok so I know completely what you're talking about because I used to be an art major. I know you're very talented, but take a look at other people who got degrees in what they wanted to get a degree in and continue the road of entertainment. John Mayer for example, he has a degree in Computer Science, and Rivers Cuomo is close to having his doctorate in Nuclear Physics. The way I see it, you're talented enough that your talents can get you far and you still have this great intellectual side and something to show for that is your degree. So my advice is to stick with English!

Thanks Jon! That helps a lot...and you brought up many good points I must say. I just tend to have doubts a lot when I hate the majority of my classes. But hopefully that'll change.

yeah i hope so! i think college should just be about having fun and hanging out. NO CLASSES NECESSARY!
