Pinky Promise

SooYoung slowly opened her eyes when she felt the pillow next to her empty . The room was still dark but with a bit of sun. She guessed it was about 5 a.m. True enough, when she opened her eyes, the bed was empty. She sat up quietly saw him sitting at the edge of the bed, fidgeting with his hands.
"Yah, you ok ?" she said softly, but loud enough for him to hear. Kyuhyun turned behind, not realizing she was awake until now "I'm fine, go back to sleep Soo, I know you're tired" he told her giving him a small smile.
She knew it was forced, she knew what he was thinking about. Kyuhyun was very mature for his age, he knew quite alot about different things, he never cried or moped around, he put up this tough mask and this happy smile always, even when something was wrong. But when it came to Super Junior, and the possibility of losing it and his hyungs, he was just a scared little boy hoping for forever, happy when his hyungs were happy and crushed when his hyungs were crushed.
"Kyuhyun-ah" she said a bit worried, looking at him. Seeing the other SuJu members cry hurt enough, seeing her boyfriend cry would just break her heart. He sighed and moved over next to her, he could never hide anything from her, even if he tried.
"I-I'm just scared" he said, looking down. She intertwined her fingers with his . "Nothings gonna break you guys apart, you know that" He didnt look up. "I promise" she pouted when he still didn't look up. "Pinky promise" she held up her pinky and smiled reassuringly. Kyuhyun laughed at how dorky she was and kissed her lips lightly.
"Come on, go back to sleep" he said as he laid his head on the pillow and pulled her next to him. She smiled as she leaned her head against his bare chest.
"I'll always be there for you, you know that right ?" she whispered. He smiled. He felt like he was the luckiest guy in the world to call her his. He kissed the top of her head and wrapped his arms around her. "I know. You know I'll be there for you too right ?" "Mhmm, I know how much you love me Cho Kyuhyun" she said teasingly. He chuckled. "Yah, just go to sleep" he muttered against her neck. She kicked him playfully and closed her eyes.
Out of all the promises she's made to anyone, when she promised him that she'll always be there, she knew she could keep it.
