Well I hate to say it, but I still can't get back on raw! It's annoying. I've been going 1-2 days 100% raw but then the cravings hit. I think emotional detox is rough too. I get severe anxiety as it is plus the detox of cooked food and addiction....ahh! Any suggestions!? I have to go cold turkey and can't do this high raw thing. I guess I just need
