I know I don't post here much anymore - I don't post anywhere much, so don't feel slighted by it - but I just need a good place to dump a lot of thoughts and memory from this past weekend, and this really is the best venue for it. If you're not interested in my religious ramblings, I forgive you in advance for not reading this. =o] I hope all is

It was, and there have really only been a handful of rites I've been to over the years that really stood out for me (can't be totally awesome all the time, even when excellence is your goal).

Miss you guys too. Saw that Seamus is drawing away from the Warrior's guild and thought, wow. Maybe if he gets elected VAD, you guys can find a few days to come out this way and visit. Or something. I do fly back for my trip the MD Renn Faire in Baltimore on third weekend in October, though that's not exactly next door for you guys, if you ever want to come east, too.

I hope we can. Although with only one income these days, we're going to have to be selective of the regular festivals we get to :(

October may be doable, there's usually a long weekend in there somewhere that I get. :) Keep me posted? I have a few other friends in that area too.

Thanks for the congrats. I totally claim Team Effort. But yeah, I'm pretty proud of what we accomplished. So, I suppose it's just about time to submit our ritual to the Liturgists Yearbook.

(Oh and I'm hoping I can drag at least a couple of grove members with me up to Eight Winds this year. It's all a matter of travel tolerance and time off and finances and stuff. Marv we'll just put in a box and mail up there... pick him up when I arrive!)
