who isnt terrible at expressing themselves? its hard to convey your feelings. it just takes practice to get the hang of it. to help me get better at that i've practiced asking for what i want- i kno sounds silly but most people dont do that for themselves. its easier to convey what you really want when you aren't afraid to say it.
