My  computer is gone. Completely and utterly bye bye. Hopefully we will get it replaced in December. I am typing this from the library. Save the harddrive, as long as that has not been damaged you can retreive your files. Ive had virii on this computer so many times and unable to boot up the damn thing cause of em, I had to wipe my harddrive. But before I did, I did a hardboot to access the harddrive, used another PC to transfer files I wanted to keep and then wiped the darn thing clean and started over.

Do you know what is exactly is the problem with your PC? Just too old? Virus? OS wont boot up, motherboard shot or battery dead? Or some other cause?

Definately need to keep you around when the nextone crashes.

And as for this one I know exactly what's wrong. It was repossessed. The place we were renting it from came for it when we refused to pay for it until they fixed the damn thing. Come december we have arrangements made to get a real computer with a real brand, a processor made after 2000, and more then 40 gigs harddrive space. Until then I'm stuck library working.

Ouch... never heard of renting computers before. Well good luck with your new computer. I'm not computer savvy but I have dealt with enough crashes and problems with my own that I kinda know how to fix said problems if you get them too. And if not, my boyfriend is computer savvy and I can always ask him for you.
