...and she spent the night proving it.
Goddamned lactose issues. I'm fine if I eat it in small amounts. I'm fine if I eat it all the time. It's hard to cut dairy out, but you'll feel way better if you do! I cut it out of my diet completely for a few months, and then my lactose stuff went away, and my skin cleared up significantly. I don't get bowel issues from it, but it does affect my skin and how much phlegm I seem to have.

It's not so much bowl issues as debilitating stomach cramps and an ulcer so enflamed and bleeding that it feels like I'm an extra in Aliens. I've tried to give it up but I'm addicted. So long as I don't over do it, or I keep a steady amount on hand I'm okay. But last night I forgot how bad it gets had sour cream on my potato, a piece of cheese, and a glass of milk so ....hello torture nice to see you again.

Well, digestive shit then. :)
If you're addicted to a food it means it's even worse for you than it is for most people, and you'll probably feel even better once it's out of your system. Also, for some people, after they go a few months or a year with minimal to no dairy, the intolerance goes away. That's how it works for me.
