The idea of a baby having nightmares is kinda freaky and terrifying. I mean, before they can speak, or before they have enough words to describe their nightmares, how do they deal with it? How do you soothe them if you don't know what's frightened them? I've never thought about this before.
I've been having the oddest feeling by the way she's reacting to me, and the way the only thing that stops her screaming during them is to see me, me and no one else, that they are about me. See it started the first time someone else watched her for longer then 20 minutes. She started to freak out and stare at my bed. (Grams was watching her, we share a room) Ever since then if I'm gone more than a few minutes it makes her anxious, more then 10 and she freaks out.
As to the story idea, you're right it does sound like there is a story in there. Something just as creepy as your german one no doubt. :)

Of course, I think there's a story in it.
