I love banner 4 but sadly, I don't know how to put it up on my journal for the FO entries where everyone can see it but only my friends can read the entry. :( If you know how, could you tell me?

Well I've never set anything on F-O b4^^
But I think you can just set the F-O entry on public so other people can see and comment it to be added... other things you want to keep between friends can be kept with an f-lock... Hope I helped.
