BEING A JERK ISN'T ALL IT'S CRACKED UP TO BE

Characters: Kurosaki Ichigo [Myrdallia, 15strawberries] and Asano Keigo [Myrdallia, april1st]
Content: Ichigo is an asshole and Keigo is going to kick him in the shins. If they can both ignore the fact they're freaking naked.
Setting: TEH BEACH. At dusk!
Warnings: GAY. AND ICHIGO BEING A DICK. AND KEIGO.. BEING.. THE MAN???

Keigo looked pleased at first when Ichigo didn't seem to resist his gift of blanket, but when Ichigo looked up at him, blushed and looked away, well... Keigo became rather aware of his nudity again. He blushed as well, making them both probably look really stupid, before flailing a bit at the returned blanket.

Embarrassment was short-lived, thankfully. "H-hey! You're rejecting my gift?!" The prince said dramatically, a mock-hurt in his voice as he took the sheet back, pouting once more. Hrm! This would not do! "It's a gift from my heart~!" It would seem that Keigo had forgotten why he was so upset beforehand, at least for the moment.

And he was back to being obnoxious. "ACCEPT THIS GIFT OF WARMTH, ICHIGO!" Keigo shouted suddenly, lunging at Ichigo's back and draping the blanket over him, head and all. "ACCEPT ITTTT!!" He'd tie it around him if he had to!

Ichigo was relieved when Keigo started acting dramatically again as it was more in the range of what he was used to and could handle. It was easier to know what a dramatic Keigo was going to do than what a seriously angry Keigo might do.

It didn't make it any less annoying to deal with. And when the blanket came over his head, Ichigo flailed his arms upwards. "HEY! GET OFF OF ME!" He yelled while he attempted to get the blanket off of his head at the very least. "AND YOU'LL GET COLD! STOP BEING STUPID!"

The hands pressed down against his shoulders got grabbed around the wrists as Ichigo's hands made it out of the blanket to find him. His own fingers gave a tug at them to pull them off, but it wasn't very rough. Keigo's wrists felt too thin, anyway, and Ichigo was worried he'd snap them if he did.

"NO!! I REFUSE!!" Keigo yelled from behind the other boy, trying his best to keep his hands firmly planted on Ichigo's shoulders, no matter how difficult it was turning out to be. "I DON'T CARE IF I GET COLD!! YOU'VE BEEN OUT HERE LONGER THAN I HAVE!" Not that it mattered; Keigo was bound to get cold in less time than Ichigo.

The prince's stubbornness was proving to be fatal; all that thrashing was causing him to stumble all over the place! But he managed to hold on and keep the blanket down over his head for a few more seconds.

But, boy did those seconds go by fast! Keigo jerked when Ichigo finally won over his minuscule strength, stumbling in the sand before landing next to the outlaw with a thump. He grunted a bit, struggling against Ichigo's grip, "AND YOU BETTER LET GO OR... OR ELSE!!" Or else what?

Ichigo didn't let go of Keigo's wrists as was 'requested' of him, and he shook his head a few times to get the blanket to fall off of his head so he could see what was going on. Keigo had landed next to him, and Ichigo smirked at the struggling that was going on.

No contest. "Or else what?" He asked, wondering what random and useless threat Keigo was going to yell at him for this. All of the yelling was certainly keeping him from looking at the very naked prince, at the very least, and Ichigo was extremely grateful for that. The blanket had landed in his own lap after he shook it off of his head, so he didn't have to worry about that.

Keigo gave a few more yanks against Ichigo's grip before growling in irritation. Why the hell did he have to be so much stronger?! It just wasn't fair! Hrmph. It was about then that Keigo briefly regretted skipping so many sword practice sessions, but what he regretted more was opening his mouth and making a threat.

He actually was all talk, not that it was a surprise. He didn't actually have the time to think out a good threat, or at least one that would be good to use against Ichigo. But, despite this, Keigo was also impulsive. And it was that impulsiveness that gained him his threat!

"Or else this..~!" And Keigo leaned up against Ichigo, stealing a very lopsided kiss from him, somehow thinking that it was a good idea to catch the outlaw so utterly off-guard like that. Oh well! Impulses were funny like that!

Ichigo still had a smirk on his lips as Keigo proceeded to try and break free from his grip. It was soon gone when another set of lips pressed strangely against his own. His eyes widened just a little bit in surprise and his mouth fell open slightly to give Ichigo a ridiculously surprised expression.

He could feel his traitorous cheeks go pink and his expression soon returned to a scowl. "Hey! What kind of threat is that!" Ichigo demanded while he tried to get his face back to a normal coloration. "Threatening me with kisses? Isn't that a bad plan?"

It didn't have the desired result in Ichigo letting go of the prince, at the very least. Hell, if kissing was the punishment, Ichigo didn't really see a motive to stop it just yet.

When Keigo finished the kiss, he was obviously a bit red-faced, but had a far more confident expression. Cocky, even! But at the very least, he wasn't too arrogant in his reply, "Well, maybe not, but it was worth a try!"

After that, he scooted a little closer to the outlaw, "Besides, I like it when you blush, ne. I think it's cute~" And with that, he leaned up again and nipped lightly at his reddened cheek, nuzzling his face before retracting back. After all, calling the outlaw "cute" probably wasn't a very wise thing to do. But maybe it would get him to let go!

"And..~" There was one more thing he had to add, "I don't like fighting with you. I.. er.. You really mean too much to me so.." And it was his turn to blush like a dumbass! Fun times!

Ichigo was pleased when Keigo blushed as well since it meant he wasn't the only one fumbling around like an idiot, even if Keigo seemed more.. confident about all of this stuff than Ichigo did. It was a good chunk of the reason why Ichigo was so flustered about it.

Still, that was soon topped by the mortification of Keigo calling him cute. His blush only got worse at this, and the nip certainly didn't help anything. Ichigo's scowl spread back over his face while he resisted the urge to punch the other teen's smug face ( ... )

The prince probably felt like an embarrassed little girl or something by that point, but he was doing a fairly good job of hiding it, aside from his reddened face. He smiled at Ichigo's grumble of a word, satisfied with it as a response; he didn't actually expect Ichigo to muster up the will to say something so.. sappy ( ... )

Ichigo was surprised when Keigo scooted closer to him under the blanket that they now shared, and he was grateful for the fact part of it was on his head at the time so Keigo couldn't see just how ridiculously red his face got. The blush crept up his ears when Keigo looped his arm around his own and then leaned his.. very naked body against Ichigo ( ... )
