while raking leaves today: wind is blowing the leaves the way I want, I say: "thank you God". wind blows them in other direction i say: "why do u forsake me?". then it hits me like a freight train. its not God doing this--its life happening to you. the same thing that happens to everyone else who is still breathing. what does it matter if the wind always blows my way. this "wind" (aka life) will always be blowing in many directions but we gotta learn that it is always going to do that and there is nothing you can do to stop it. all u can do is work harder to achieve your ultimate goal.
i should write a book.
