Nejiten fic: Summertime

Aug 22, 2006 21:59

School starts this Friday and I have a 4000 word essay to write comparing The Great Gatsby to a Chinese classic, Tai Pei People.  Of course, I've been industriously working away at everything else that doens't need working at.  Like this.

This was so cute. AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW...Lee was insanely sweet in this and I could totally see the team being this close in the distant future. Over protective Neji FTW! And yes, they are Tenten's boys. That's why team Gai is the best team ever...

*melts* Awwwwwwwww.

So dang sweet.

*wriggles in glee*

Just the pick-me-up I needed after several lousy revelations. Thank you. I love the interaction, protective Lee, indignant husband!Neji (hee hee) and sleepy happy Tenten. Such beautiful language too, especially at the beginning: "receding like a wave..." Ever so slightly sad but beautiful. LOOOVE. *adds to memories*

as to the issue Lee raised about the baby's...er, safety...had to do a little research about that for 'Progeny'...hehehe, let's say Neji is more in the right here

*flails*

Oh my god, I think my teeth just rotted out. In the best possible way, of course. But wow.

Just so amazingly cute!

You really convey a sense of summer here. There's a little nostalgia, and a little sadness that spring is over, but you also convey hope ahead of them. Something to look forward to: the good times aren't all gone yet.

It's really, really lovely. Poetic language, a compact and beautifully made point. As usual, a pleasure to read.

Sweet and fluffy. Another well-written piece!
