Headcanon
(Some of this isn't completely headcanon though, which I will note in parenthesis.)
I'm liable to change any of this at any point in time. XD;
Early Life
» The distance between Ruca and his parents only really started fairly recently; he was a quiet kid, but that didn't really stop him from hitting his "rebellious" phase.
» Ruca started dreaming of Asras when he was in early elementary school. (Some time after is when the "odd behaviour at school" incident mentioned in his app occured.)
» While Eddie and Nino do pick on him and make him their gofer, they probably had short moments where they do visibly worry about Ruca for some reason. He never noticed until he left.
» He didn't have a serious crush on anyone before he met Iria. In fact, he didn't really open up to anyone until he met Iria, something he's pretty conscious of.
» Oddly enough, Ruca knows how to row small boats. His father taught him. (Ruca did go on vacation with his parents to a nearby resort. Must be nice to be a rich kid.)
Family
» Due to their business as merchants, the Milda family is one of the richer families in Regnum.
» Ruca's father is known to be a fair, just man, and is pretty well-respected by people in the Capital.
» His father is also big on tradition and really wants Ruca to take over the family business.
» His mother, however, isn't as big on tradition and treats her son as a growing child rather than a mini adult.
» If Ruca ever did decide to follow a different career (*coughdoctorcough*), she'd support him and help him talk his father into accepting his decision.
» ...He really has an adorable family. It's just that he was rather self-hating (since he wanted to be more like Asras) at that point in time, so he didn't really acknowledge it.
Travelling with Friends
» His favorite food is cheese soup, but he never once asked someone to make it for him. Cheese soup is forever linked in his mind with his mother's cooking, and it feels weird thinking otherwise.
» Due to Iria and Ange's tastes, he tends to cook meat dishes and sweets the most, but he stopped making as many sweets after Ange kept eating too much of it...
» Before, Ruca used to run to Ange crying a lot, but as time went on, these incidents lessened and lessened to the point where Ruca doesn't need Ange to tell him to stop crying anymore.
» Despite Hermana being the youngest of the group, she mothers Ruca almost as much as Ange does. He doesn't really mind, because really, Hermana is a lot more mature than she lets on.
» Ever since the events of Kelm Volcano, Spada tends to randomly hug Ruca whenever he feels like it. He's quite used to it now.
» He tends to act more "adult" around Ricardo, but despite this, he is a lot more willing to poke fun at the older man if he can get away with it.
» Ruca still has the dress that he wore during one of the guild missions. He can't exactly remember why, but he thinks it had something to do with the girls. Somehow.
» By the end of their journey, Ruca's the party stress ball...but he doesn't really mind. He might act exasperated about it, but he knows it's just their way of showing affection. :')
» He still has his crush on Iria, but his yandere side is nearly nonexistant now due to his promise to Iria that he'd never do what he did in the Western Battlefield ever again.
Fighting
» Tapping into Asras's powers gives Ruca the instincts and knowledge of how to use his broadsword...but not when to. So he can make pretty stupid moves if he relies solely on Asras's powers.
» Ruca's powers are connected to his soul, but it only works optimally while he's in his own body. So if he switches bodies, he can only use powers that his current body can use correctly.
» Despite his misgivings on it, he is more than willing to fight human enemies if they won't back down from a fight. (Ricardo's noted that Ruca actually has a high body count near the end of the game.)
Other
» Ruca has a sympathizing sort of respect for new military recruits, since he's found that many military officers are scary towards them.
City
» Ruca finds the city and the people he met there fascinating. This makes him feel conflicted, as he has things to do back home but also wants to get to know everyone more.
