juggling just might be a good substitute for smoking though... hmm... covers fidgeting, can be a security blanket/worrystone/whatever... hmmm.

I remember when my dad started juggling in his mid 30's, he didn't keep up with it, though.

Guess we'll see what happens when things stabilize a bit.
