cardio confirmation

I was toying with the idea of doing short sessions of intense cardio or HIIT and then steady state right after. I wasn't sure about timing, so I planned on experimenting.

And theeeeen I found this very helpful article! I put Lyle's advice to work this morning. I underestimated my speed since I'm used to running more for endurance. Next time I'll ( Read more... )

That article was very interesting. I have been toying with different HIIT senarios. Recently I have been doing an hour of cardio with full speed minutes every 10 minutes. It has been ok, but not having the effects I really want. I will give this training a try and see how it goes. Thanks for posting it.
