The wind is absolutely wicked again this morning.  Whipping the leaves right off of the trees, mercilessly ending fall before I have even had time to enjoy it.  Being in Florida during peak leaf season was fun, but I feel a bit robbed of the sweet Virginia fall

I'm worried about pent up toddler energy this upcoming long winter... not sure what we'll do!

If you come up with ideas, let me know! Our climate is too warm-ish to have indoor playgrounds as a viable business opportunity, so we don't even have any of those around! I foresee lots of trips to the Science Museum and Art Museum on weekends, but weekday nights...? Last night we went on a walk to the park before dinner, but only because I didn't have to cook. We might just have to divide and conquer - one mom with kids to the park while the other cooks... until it gets TOO cold.

Meh, I feel you on the return to work. I love vacations, but sometimes the stress of catching-up/fixing issues/cleaning-up messes when you return is just too intense for me.
