My sleep rhythms are messed up. I haven’t been able to go to sleep before 10:00 this week, and more likely it is 11:00 or midnight before I finally succumb to peace. My alarm is still going off at 5:30, though on Tuesday and yesterday I was able to sleep until 7:00 because when I work from home, I don’t have to get up and get moving. I can’t decide

Are there any changes in your technology use (blue light exposure), etc. or caffeine habits?
I keep going to bed at 10:30 or 11pm and waking at 6, but that's because I get drawn into internet-land.

I try not to use tech before bed, but when I can't sleep and the lights are off, I reach for my phone. I'm going to get a little book light for my kindle today and try to cut out the back-lit screen when I can't sleep.
