[Good day, Johto! The weather is fine, the soul-sucking bugs are gone, and Pascal has a message for oldies and newcomers alike. Nothing too heavy, just a mild joke-like text.]

'Why don't two positives don't make a negative while two negatives make a positive', yes?

It doesn't work that way.

[Time for a little socializing, Light? Between trying to train up a fish out of water, of course.]

Television, radio, the internet, and newspapers.

All of these could be used to spread your message, even if a personal touch of saying this in person might be a little more convincing.

Hmm, do you think this gadget counts as a medium of the mass media? Practically everyone has one.

It's technically loaded with the internet, so yes, I suppose.

There you go! Step one to using mass media, all done.

That's true.

[He'd employ the use of a properly-'directed' video, though]

Then, what should step two be?

Step Two would be Word of Mouth - this portion requires minimal input, for those who have already heard of your message on the Mass Media would simply tell their friends about it, regardless of whether their impression of it is good or bad. As long as your message gives off a strong enough impression, that is.

You could also reinforce it yourself by spreading the message to a small group in person.

Hmm. Okay -- and step three?

It's in the works.

[he's given enough of his own ideas for a sort of propaganda]

How about a song? Some sort of entertainment event to capture the eyes and ears of the ones who appreciate the arts!

Not a bad idea.

It's settled! Next time, I'll sing everyone a heartfelt song about numerical equality.
