Once again, I venture into the land of Live Journal after a few months sabbatical. Yes, I am alive, despite weathering some shitty times. I have many reasons for not updating my journal, other than my own personal laziness

Ugh that leg thing is a whole pile of "crap that you don't need"! I'm sorry to hear about all of that. And the ex wife thing? WOW. You don't need soap opera, you have people living one all around! You sound like you're handling it well though and I'm glad that you have Brandon there with you.
Have you been catching up on any of the reading of LJ at all? If not well, I'll be in Utah for a month in a little over a week, after that I'm moving to Canada so maybe we can catch up before it's too late! Let me know! (and I can try to find a little round butt-pillow so we can sit and talk ;)

I broke a leg at 17 so I know your pain, but oh, man, sounds like your broken leg was a lot worse than mine was.

What with your story about Brandon's ex, that's the second story I've heard about a wife deciding she wants nothing more to do with her kids in the last week, and then refusing to pay child support. Sigh.
