So, for the past 3 or so months, I have had what feels like a lump in my throat. It makes it really hard to swallow and lately, it has been worse. Whenenver I eat, which is not often, if I burp after I eat, undigested food comes up and I basicaly urp. When I take my pills, I can feel them stuck in my throat and I can feel them burning. I know where you are coming from.

I quit about 6 months ago and even though I know that I am past the physical addition, I still spend a good part of my day wanting and craving is almost missing going out and having a smoke.
