Because I'd rather have a pretty surprise in the mail from an anonymous fan...

If I invoked the magic powers within everytime I saw something I wanted....

For some reason the scene from Labriynth is popping in my head. The chic that goes back to her room to get something and the old hag lady keeps piling heaps of stuff in her arms.. don't forget this, you need this! aww remember this? until she finally realizes it's all just stuff.

I guess I don't equate the ability to get everything material you want with spiritual power. I'll always have everything I need though.

It's good that you realize that there is nothing wrong with wanting good things for yourself, and in the same hand, using intention to obtain it. But I don't separate the two. The spiritual element is part of everything. Material possessions included.
