There are plenty of cities with a reasonable cost of living that have more ethnic places than you can shake a stick at. I was in Columbus in January, and in the part of town I visited, there were more Indian restaurants in like a two mile block than in Monroeville. Also plenty of other ethnic places, including the Ethiopian place where I fell in love with the food
