Hello. TIGERUK,Thanks for turning them off. It sounds like the press is bad or there are scratches that is stopping the rip. If you try the rip w/ DVDDecrypter see how many read errors it has and please report back the findings

Here is the Lite-on site, just put in your drive and you can dl the current fw.http://www.liteonit.com/global/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=154Or go to the RPC site and check the current there and download.
