I just spent the better part of @ least 4 hours on top of an elementary school in Mt. Olive drinking w/Jehan-Paul & Mike & Jon & people named CHelsea & Tiffany & Kyle & Jess, I think, wishing Jehan-Paul well 'coz he's gonna be leaving for basic training in the military tomorrow night. If he's free enough & able to come to my place tomorrow morning

whoa... what a beautiful entry. it's both depressing and somehow inspiring at once. i know what you mean about your friend leaving - i knew a guy in the war, and it brings you closer to the whole thing so fast you practically get whiplash.

on a brighter note, good luck with the music side of things! let me know when you've got the stuff on myspace, and i'll go take a listen.
