Thanksgiving was really nice. I spent the whole time with my family. I had to come back to Austin early today though because I have a lot of work to do this weekend...a lot. Hey Andrea! I'm glad you had a great Thanksgiving even though it was short. Mine was good n' short too. I got home Tuesday evening and came back to Pittsburgh Friday morning. Wow, I almost forgot that I'm taking the GRE the Saturday after tomorrow. I hope everything's going well with you and I'll talk to you soon!

Aw, I'm glad that you had a good Thanksgiving. :) Is this your last week of classes? It is for me, thank goodness. :) Did everything turn out ok with the drama at work? none of us girls got together this thanksgiving but it's all good in the hood cuz i think everyone was waaaaay too busy. i actually had my family over to my apt.! it was really cool :o) jens and his mom and sis came too. (his dad had to work on thanksgiving) then, the day after we had thanksgiving at jens's grandparents' :o) it was fun. i put some x-mas decor up last night. not much though. i didnt want to bring to much over cuz i didnt know how much room i would have. but i think i can bring a few more things over. jacque's gonna bring some stuff too i think so we'll be good and festive! :oD when will you be in town? did you get sheetal's e-mail? that bitch! lol im totally kidding. i love you sheetal! i really wish she could visit for new year's . i dont even know when i'll see her now. anyway, i better go. ttyl! good luck with the end of school and i'lls ee you soon! <3 - randi

i forgot to tell you that i just checked out that book and started reading it today. it IS interesting! im glad you mentioned it. i really think im sugar sensitive. but i'll have to read more to decide for sure. i wanna try out some of the things she suggests. have you? did you notice any difference? lemme know! ttyl- randi

yeah i just checked the book out from the library but i wish i owned it so i could just keep it and not worry about turning it in lol i bought some soy protein recently and put it in a smoothie but it made me feel really sick. it was weird. i havent had anymore since then because i thought it would make me feel that way again, but i think i will try some more sometime just to make sure. i really need protein! do you eat the recommended amt. of protein everyday? for me it's about 40g. i just cant seem to eat that much without eating meat. so i never get enough. my blood work is always fine but i still think i need to eat more. i prob only get like half of what i need, if that. but anyway, im rambling so im gonna go now :o) ttyl! bye!
