Does anybody know how to make dress, or know someone/somewhere who does??

my sisters prom is in a month and she doesn't think she'll find a dress she wants anywhere in stores so she wants to have it made, but she doesn't know where or who can do it.. help please! =) thanks..

theres that person who did my sisters prom dress and cotillion dresses. i think shes really good. she lives in union city and her names aunty elvie [pronounced LV] i think. but you might want to call my sister for like her number and stuff. =]

my friend got both of her prom dresses made from this lady off of tennyson in hayward.. it took her two weeks to make but you have to give her the fabric and everything.
