Ok I have to amend to yesterdays. I ate a fruit and granola bar--130 calories and a bannana, but that isnt too bad considering I went to a diner and the movies and did not get any naughty food. I packed a bag with my own healthy food(I think it was the first time anyone has seen a chick eating a bannana at the movies haha

Anyway, I want to wish you luck with the healthy eating and exercising; it sounds like a great plan! (Just make sure you go easy with all of the exercises at first!)
