Ok I have to amend to yesterdays. I ate a fruit and granola bar--130 calories and a bannana, but that isnt too bad considering I went to a diner and the movies and did not get any naughty food. I packed a bag with my own healthy food(I think it was the first time anyone has seen a chick eating a bannana at the movies haha ( Read more... )

Hi there! Wow, I always checked your lj and it was never updated and now that I haven't updated in forever, you're back! lol Congrats on the whole getting motivated and being healthy attitude you've got going on. I also want to get in shape, as I sometimes think I would feel much better, more energy and endurance, etc. As for me, I'm finally going to order a Billy Blanks Tae-bo dvd. I used to loooove doing tae-bo, not that I did it regularly. lol Maybe I'll keep an update on my lj, too. :-)

Anyway, I want to wish you luck with the healthy eating and exercising; it sounds like a great plan! (Just make sure you go easy with all of the exercises at first!)
