I think my last update was me gushing about how much I love Christmas time. My life has changed so much since then. I graduated from U of I in May, and moved home to Boise. Dan and I have an apartment in Eagle inhabited by us and our fantastic pooches. Oh yeah, and our wedding is a month away ( Read more... )

Hooray for Muppets!

Thanks. It's been difficult sometimes to bear it in mind that what I'm doing is supposed to be fun and that it's more about being married than getting married, but I've really tried to keep that in sight throughout the planning process. It helps that I've had over two years to plan whereas some women only have a couple of months.

Thanks for your well-wishes! I hope everything is going splendidly for you!

Oh my goodness! I am so happy for you guys seriously. I'm still trying to figure out a way to go, but so far I've had no luck. Hopefully, I'll be there but no promises : (.

The fact that you're working on it is enough. :o) If you can get here, fantastic, and if you can't, we understand.

How's things for you, dear?

Pretty good...I'm gearing up for Senior year with a lot on my plate. I want to send all my apps in before November 1st, so after that I can breathe a bit. Other than that, just playing guitar and having fun with friends and the like.

Well good luck. That is definitely a stressful time, but make sure you take time to relax and hang out with your friends. It will never quite be the same after high school. :o) I hope you have a stellar time starting out your senior year!

Your and Dan's song should be Beer. Hell, just have someone call his cell phone and start dancing. It'll be a riot.

Then you can say you chose that song because that's the secret to a successful marriage. Hindered judgement and beer goggles.

Never ask me to make a toast.

Hahahaha. Well, I'll take that into consideration. There will for sure be some RBF going on during our reception. We'll have a skank pit, for sure.

Hey, so are you going to be able to be here for the weekend of the sixth? Like I said, bridal shower, bachelorette party, dress fitting for you, general out-hangingings and shenanigans... It'll be grand. You should totally do it.
